Memorandum submitted to the CM and Home Dept through the Bengaluru District Commissioner

Bengaluru, Karnataka – In the wake of the TCS incident in Nashik, Maharashtra, and the Hubballi gym case, the Hindu Rashtra Samanvaya Samiti organised a protest at Freedom Park, Bengaluru on Sunday, April 19, followed by the submission of a memorandum through the Honourable District Commissioner to the Chief Minister and the Home Department, demanding a comprehensive investigation into women’s safety, religious pressure, and workplace exploitation in multinational companies and gyms across Karnataka.
The protest saw more than 300 participants with Shri. Sharath Kumar of Hindu Rashtra Samanvaya Samiti, Shri. Mohan Gowda, State Spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Smt. Bhavya Gowda of Ranragini, Sundresh Nargal of Sri Ram Sene, Srinivas Guruji, Vikram Shetty of Rashtriya Parishad, Advocate Shri Ravi Shankar, Smt. Jyoti of Durga Vahini, Shri. Manjunath, along with activists from Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Rashtraraksana Pade, and leaders of various Hindu organisations in attendance.

Addressing the gathering, Shri. Mohan Gowda of HJS stated that the incident exposed at TCS in Nashik is not merely a case of violence against women; it is part of a deeper, toxic jihadi mindset and organised crime.
According to complaints from Hindu women employees working in the MNC, for the past four years, there has been deliberate targeting of Hindu women, involving sexual harassment, rape, coercion for religious conversion, forcing them to consume beef, and compelling them to participate in Islamic religious practices such as offering namaz. Certain Muslim team leaders in senior positions have allegedly misused their authority to pressure these women employees into converting to Islam. When the women attempted to file complaints, they were threatened with termination or subjected to further harassment. The company management’s negligence in addressing these complaints is inexcusable. This is not merely an individual crime but appears to be an organised attempt to create ‘Islamic terror’ within the workplace.

According to reports, 9 FIRs have been registered in this case, 7 accused have been arrested, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed, and investigations are ongoing in other branches of the company as well. Considering the seriousness of the matter, Hindu Rashtra Samanvaya Samiti presented its official stand as follows:
1. If 7 accused have been arrested in this branch of the company, how many more may be present in branches in other cities? This is not limited to Nashik alone; it could be a widespread ‘corporate jihad’ conspiracy extending to Bengaluru and other parts of the state and country. A comprehensive investigation into possible links with ‘love jihad’, ‘Islamic terrorism’, and conversion networks is necessary.
2. This incident involves violations of several important provisions of Indian law:
a. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013: There is a clear violation of this law. An investigation is required into why justice was not delivered despite the presence of an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
b. Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita: Strict action must be taken in cases involving harassment, rape, threats, and acts hurting religious sentiments.
c. Religious Freedom (Article 25): Forcing someone to engage in religious practices against their will is a violation of constitutional rights.
3. The organised targeting of Hindu women and forcing them into conversion or Islamic practices raises serious suspicion of ‘corporate jihad’. This is a matter of grave concern from a security perspective.
