For more than 25 years the Tech Excellence Awards has celebrated achievement in the IT sector, from multinationals to local success stories.
This year we have partnered with industry group Techies Go Green on the sustainability award. Co-founder Michael O’Hara said: ‘‘We are proud to collaborate with TechCentral for the Tech Excellence Awards sustainability award. Presented to the organisation that demonstrates a commitment to sustainability, focusing on planning, execution, and the long-term benefits. With the winner receiving €3,000 in PR support from Comit.”
The Techies Go Green sustainability award is presented to the organisation that clearly demonstrates a commitment to sustainability, focusing on planning, execution, and the long-term benefits of sustainability initiatives.
In 2025, the techies go green sustainability award went to GreenIT.

The diversity award celebrates companies that create an equitable, bias-free environment, enabling staff from all backgrounds to excel. This category recognises efforts in representation and outreach across gender, orientation, age, religion, race, ethnicity, and social background.
Last year, the diversity award was won by Fastrack into Information Technology (FIT).

The Tech Excellence Awards returns to the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire on 14 May 2026.
