Shuffleboard, long associated with cruise ships and pubs, is gaining new attention for its positive effects on brain health and social well-being. Micky Verhaeg, CEO and founder of Shuffly, a premium shuffleboard manufacturer, explains that the game’s mix of strategy, coordination, and social interaction makes it ideal for supporting mental sharpness and connection across age groups.
