Hindu Makkal Katchi, a staunch pro-Hindu organisation, has demanded through a memorandum that the Tamil Nadu Government extend full cooperation for organising Vinayagar Chaturthi (Ganeshotsav) as a spiritual festival without imposing any restrictions.
