The debut episode, released on 15th August 2025, features transformational coach Jemma Rane. Their discussion examines personal growth, the importance of maintaining individuality within long-term partnerships, and ways to foster intimacy during transitions. Each episode blends personal storytelling with professional insight, featuring guests from fields such as sexuality, psychology, and wellness. The premiere also includes contributions from sexologist Emily Morse, expanding the discussion on modern intimacy. Chase’s goal is to provide actionable advice that resonates with listeners seeking stronger relationships and a clearer understanding of themselves.
