HONOR 600 Series: AI Creativity Meets Flagship Power

HONOR has officially introduced the new HONOR 600 Series, a lineup built for a generation that wants more than just photography—they want to transform and reimagine their content. Blending cutting-edge AI features with flagship-grade hardware, the series aims to redefine what users can expect from a premium mid-range smartphone.

At its core, the HONOR 600 Series combines industry-first AI Image to Video 2.0, a powerful 200MP ultra-clear night camera, a massive 6,400mAh battery, Snapdragon flagship-class chipsets, and a striking ultra-bright 6.57-inch display. The result is a device that doesn’t just impress on paper but elevates the entire user experience.

A New Era of Mobile Creativity

The standout feature of the HONOR 600 Series is undoubtedly its AI Image to Video 2.0 technology. Powered by a unified multi-modal video generation model, this system merges video creation, editing, and understanding into a single seamless workflow.

Users can combine up to three still images with simple natural language prompts to generate cinematic 3–8 second video clips. There’s also the ability to define both the opening and closing frames, giving creators full narrative control. Add to that a rich library of cinematic templates, and you’ve got film-style content creation available in just a tap.

HONOR has also introduced a dedicated AI button, offering instant access to video generation tools directly from the gallery. Meanwhile, the AI Photos Agent simplifies editing—users can simply describe the changes they want, and the system applies them automatically.

Additional tools such as Moving Photo Eraser and Moving Photo Breakout Collage bring even more creative flexibility, enabling dynamic, almost 3D-like compositions. It’s clear HONOR is leaning heavily into AI-driven storytelling, and early traction supports that direction, with previous models already generating over 13.4 million seconds of AI-created video content.

A Night Photography Powerhouse

Building on the imaging legacy of its predecessor, the HONOR 600 Series takes a major leap forward in low-light photography.

The headline feature is a 200MP ultra-clear night camera built around a large 1/1.4-inch sensor—the biggest in its class. Using 16-in-1 pixel binning, it achieves an effective 2.24μm superpixel size, boosting light sensitivity significantly. This is further enhanced by HONOR’s E2E AI Remosaic technology, which improves clarity and detail in challenging lighting conditions.

Supporting hardware includes a 12MP ultra-wide camera, a dedicated colour temperature sensor for accurate tones, and a 50MP front-facing camera. The Pro model goes even further, adding a 50MP 3.5x periscope telephoto lens capable of up to 120x zoom.

Stabilisation is another strong point, thanks to HONOR’s proprietary SOIS system. With CIPA 6.0 stabilisation on the standard model and CIPA 6.5 on the Pro’s telephoto lens, the system delivers performance that rivals entry-level mirrorless cameras.

Colour accuracy is handled by the new AI Colour Engine, which intelligently balances tones across multiple cameras, especially in mixed lighting environments.

The camera system is backed by a suite of AI-powered features, including enhanced night photography across various zoom levels, advanced portrait modes with realistic bokeh effects, improved super zoom capabilities, and even a dedicated SuperMoon mode on the Pro for detailed lunar shots.

Premium Design Without Compromise

Despite packing a significantly larger battery, the HONOR 600 Series maintains a slim and refined design. This is achieved through advanced internal stacking and a flagship-grade unibody construction process.

The device features a satin-finish matte metal frame, ultra-narrow bezels measuring just 0.98mm, and symmetrical curved corners for a modern, premium aesthetic. It’s available in three colours—Orange, Golden White, and Black—each offering a distinct visual identity.

Battery Life That Goes the Distance

One of the biggest highlights is the 6,400mAh battery—the largest ever in the Number Series. Thanks to intelligent power management via an AI Battery Scheduling Engine, the phone can comfortably deliver up to two days of use under typical conditions.

The system dynamically allocates power across tasks such as connectivity, processing, and touch input, ensuring efficiency without compromising performance. Impressively, the device remains functional even in extreme conditions, operating at temperatures as low as -20°C with just 20% battery remaining.

Charging is equally versatile. The series supports 80W wired fast charging, while the Pro model adds 50W wireless charging and up to 27W reverse wired charging for powering other devices.

Long-term durability is also a focus, with a design rated for up to 1,600 charge cycles—equivalent to roughly five years of consistent use.

A Display Built for Any Environment

The HONOR 600 Series features a 6.57-inch display that pushes brightness to an astonishing 8,000 nits at peak. With a pixel density of 458ppi, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and support for over a billion colours, it delivers a sharp and vibrant viewing experience.

HONOR’s Sunlight Mode ensures excellent visibility outdoors by dynamically adjusting brightness curves and thermal performance, while maintaining up to 4,000 nits under typical usage conditions.

At the same time, eye comfort hasn’t been overlooked. Features like 3,840Hz PWM dimming and intelligent colour adjustment reduce strain during extended viewing sessions.

Durability matches the display’s performance, with IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance, alongside SGS 5-star certification for drop and crush protection.

The HONOR Pad X8b is a compact yet capable tablet designed to deliver a premium entertainment experience throughout the day. Equipped with a large 10,100mAh battery, it comfortably supports up to 21 hours of online video playback, making it ideal for streaming, browsing, and casual use without frequent recharging. Its 11-inch FullView display, featuring a 1920 × 1200 resolution and HONOR Eye Comfort technology, helps reduce eye strain during extended viewing sessions, while the quad-speaker setup powered by HONOR Sound ensures rich, immersive audio.

HONOR’s human-centric design philosophy is evident across every aspect of the Pad X8b. Weighing just 499g, the tablet remains lightweight and portable, yet it features a premium metal construction that enhances durability. It also incorporates an industry-leading anti-drop design, independently certified by Switzerland’s SGS, offering added reassurance against everyday knocks and drops. On the software side, HONOR Kids mode provides a safe and controlled digital environment for younger users, complete with parental controls and password protection.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, delivering reliable performance for everyday tasks such as web browsing, media consumption, and light productivity. Running on MagicOS 10.0, the Pad X8b introduces a range of productivity tools and is well-positioned for emerging AI-driven features, aligning with HONOR’s broader software ambitions.

Following a series of successful product launches between 2025 and 2026, HONOR’s tablet portfolio has experienced significant growth, expanding by 114% year-on-year and reinforcing the brand’s position in the competitive tablet market.

The HONOR Choice Mousebuds Pro introduce an innovative hybrid concept, combining a compact mouse with integrated earbuds. Designed for users on the move, the device features a semi-open earbud design with active noise cancellation, alongside a 1000mAh battery in the mouse that delivers up to 30 days of usage via USB-C charging. The earbuds themselves offer up to seven hours of playback, making the combination a practical and space-saving solution for mobile productivity.
