Nvidia, currently the most valuable company in the world, is addressing concerns about its record valuation. After criticism from investors such as Michael Burry, known for his successful bets against the US housing market ahead of the 2008 financial crisis, Nvidia has sent a detailed memo to analysts to counter those doubts.

Despite a recent drop in its share price from a historic valuation of $5 trillion (around €4.3 trillion) to $4.5 trillion (around €3.9 trillion), Nvidia remains confident about its position. As the largest supplier of AI chips, the company provides crucial components to a range of German companies, including leading carmakers such as BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen, as well as tech giant SAP.
