At the holy Chandi Ghat, ninth collective ‘Jal-Tarpan’ rites were performed in the memory of millions of Hindus who sacrificed their lives for the protection of Sanatan Dharma. Several Hindus from India and abroad and representatives of devout Hindu organisations participated in these rites.
